What is PatiDostum?
PatiDostum helps organise vaccination, care, diary, weight and document records by pet profile. It tracks the information supplied by your vet; it is not a veterinary or diagnostic service.
Is PatiDostum free?
Basic use is free and includes one pet, basic care and diary, five weight records and three documents. Backup and privacy access remain free. Optional PRO subscriptions display current prices and renewal terms in Google Play before purchase.
Which devices and languages are supported?
The app is prepared for Android 7.0 and later, with Turkish, English and French interface options. The current release is in closed testing in Turkey; Play access depends on test eligibility and device compatibility. An iPhone version is not offered.
Does the app start with a preloaded cat?
No. After the first-launch introduction, choose your pet’s species and enter its details yourself. Pets shown in promotional screenshots are sample records.
How do care and vaccination reminders work?
Alerts are scheduled on your device using the saved date and time. Notification permission and relevant Android settings are required. Battery and background restrictions can affect delivery.
Are records available across tabs?
Saved records belong to the selected pet and are used across sections. Records remain on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove them, so export a file backup.
Can a vet open the emergency QR on another phone?
A QR containing the phone-card link can open in another phone’s browser. It includes only the filled-in fields you choose. Anyone receiving the code can read those details. Test a sample on a second device before sharing.
Does the app search an official microchip register?
No. A microchip number is a profile detail entered by the user. The app does not provide an official chip lookup, ownership verification or owner-finding service.
Are family plans and shared records available?
Not yet. Family plans and shared records are marked Coming soon and remain disabled in this release.
Is a student document uploaded to a server?
In this release, document reading and the four-year date eligibility check run on the device. That check does not establish document authenticity or officially verify student identity.
How can I install PatiDostum?
For closed testing in Turkey, join the authorised tester group and then enrol through Google Play. The test enrolment link appears at the top of this page. A public production release is not available yet.
