What this site does
belgekasam.site introduces HCS Yazılım apps and publishes practical guides. It is not an app sign-in portal or a document upload service. Bills, journals, health records and other personal archives are not uploaded here. The apps describe their own data practices in their respective privacy policies.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL to deliver content and maintain security. We therefore do not claim that no data is processed. See Cloudflare’s privacy notice below.
Cookies, measurement and advertising
This site is configured to serve website ads through Google AdSense. Ad delivery depends on Google’s site approval, available demand, region and user preferences. Google and the advertising partners listed in the consent interface may process IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies or similar identifiers, page/ad requests and ad interactions for ad delivery, personalisation where permitted, measurement and fraud prevention. Approximate location can be derived from IP addresses. This website does not upload your documents or app journal/health records to advertising networks; it has no such upload feature. In-app ads are separate from website advertising. No separate Google Analytics or Tag Manager has been installed. Language links do not require cookies.
Managing advertising preferences
Google’s consent management platform offers consent, do not consent and manage options choices in applicable regions, and opt-out choices for supported US states. The service uses its consent or restricted-ad signals; this website does not assume consent on your behalf. Where available, use Privacy & cookie settings on a page containing the ad code to reopen the consent message. You can also manage cookies in your browser. Refusing consent or disabling personalisation does not always mean zero network requests or an entirely ad-free experience; restricted/non-personalised ads may be served where appropriate. Provider notices describe cookie lifetimes, retention and international processing.
Links and campaign labels
Google Play links may include limited, public campaign labels identifying the promotion channel. Names, email addresses and free-form text are not passed through. When you open Google Play or another external site, that provider’s privacy practices apply.
Email and downloads
Support links open your email app. If you send a message, your email address and the content you provide are processed by your email providers and our support inbox. Do not send passwords, payment information, private documents or unnecessary health information. Downloadable checklists are saved to your device through your browser; the site has no feature that uploads your completed contents back to us.
